Position Overview

Regenics is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee patient orders throughout the fulfillment process.

Orders may include medications, supplements, supplies, and other products offered through Regenics. While much of our fulfillment process is automated, this role is responsible for ensuring orders are accurate before submission, monitoring their progress, and proactively resolving delays or issues before they impact the patient experience.

This position works closely with our pharmacy and fulfillment partners, providers, Customer Service team, and Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Review and audit new patient orders for accuracy and completeness prior to fulfillment.
• When applicable, verify medication and dosing information against the prescribing provider's documentation.
• Confirm orders are routed to the appropriate pharmacy or fulfillment partner based on established workflows.
• Submit verified orders to the appropriate fulfillment partner through our automated system or manual submission process, depending on partner integration.
• Monitor previously submitted orders and proactively identify delays, discrepancies, or orders requiring additional attention.
• Communicate directly with pharmacy and fulfillment partners to investigate and resolve order issues.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, providers, and Operations when additional information or intervention is needed.
• Follow unresolved orders through to completion and escalate issues appropriately.
• Monitor applicable orders for compliance with established continuity-of-care policies, refill requirements, and internal SOPs.
• Maintain accurate order statuses and documentation throughout the fulfillment process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required / Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare administration, pharmacy operations, fulfillment, medical office operations, order management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with automated order-management systems or multiple software platforms is preferred.
• Experience communicating with pharmacies, healthcare providers, vendors, or fulfillment partners is a plus.

You don't simply submit orders and move on. You take ownership of the fulfillment queue, catch discrepancies before submission, identify delays before they escalate, and communicate proactively to keep orders moving efficiently.
