We are looking for therapists who genuinely enjoys working with complex problems, continual learning and wants to become an expert in pelvic health through a structure mentorship and clinical guidance. Every patient receives a 1:1 care with a pelvic floor specialist for 55 minutes. We use a systematic whole body assessment that evaluates the pelvic floor along side the stress nervous system, organ mobility, orthopedic influences and movement patterns to determine why the symptoms developed, not just where the pain is. Out mentorship includes: Pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation Pelvic pain Urinary dysfunction Bowel dysfunction Pelvic organ prolapse Fertility Running and fitness rehabilitation Whole-body pelvic health assessment Nervous system and stress-related pelvic dysfunction Our mentorship includes weekly one-on-one training, case discussions, observations, hands on instruction, clinical resources, and progressive independence designed to help you become a confident pelvic health specialist. You're looking for an autonomous position with minimal mentorship. You believe every pelvic floor patient needs the same treatment approach. You prefer doing "what you've always done" rather than continually improving your clinical reasoning. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pelvic health evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-informed clinical reasoning. Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and patient education. Complete documentation in a timely manner. Participate in mentorship meetings, journal reviews, and case discussions. What We Offer We provide a salary position to allow for financial stability and predictability for our employees $55–$65/hour equivalent (salary will depend on hours worked (32, 35, 40 hr/week or part time hours available) $45/hr equivalent during the 3-4 month training period.
