Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, develop accurate treatment plans, and monitor progress.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group therapy workshops based on evidence-based practices to meet the needs of clients.

• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals including psychiatrists and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Guide and educate clients and their families about mental health concepts, coping strategies, and resources throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
