About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance for its North America region. The successful candidate will be the primary business partner to the NA leader, responsible for the financial narrative across a large portfolio, including monthly results, forecasts, profitability, and budget management. This role requires a leader who can build a culture of proactive financial partnership, oversee the Global FP&A function, and ensure that consolidated reporting and forecast infrastructure scale with the business. Key responsibilities include leading monthly financial planning cycles, driving profitability improvements, and representing finance at the executive level. The VP of Finance will also be tasked with owning forecast accuracy and financial targets, leading annual budgeting, and managing a team of finance professionals. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a VP, Senior Director, or equivalent leadership role. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record as a financial business partner, advanced proficiency in financial planning systems, and excellent executive communication skills. A CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred, and experience in professional services, consulting, technology services, or AI/data firms is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional services economics, experience in M&A integration, and a deep understanding of ASC 606. The role also requires the ability to manage, develop, and mentor finance professionals, as well as a proactive approach to business partnership and insight generation.
