Litigation/Construction Attorney - LA/OC/SD

Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in construction law preferred, but not required, to join our team in either our Los Angeles, Irvine, or San Diego offices, with the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state. California-licensed with strong academic credentials is required. We’re looking for individuals who have a passion for advocacy and are ready to find creative legal solutions for their clients. Responsibilities Independently handle construction cases and tackle complex issues. Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, manage document-intensive cases, draft dispositive motions, and prepare for trial. Contribute with a solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork. Hit the ground running and gain solid experience handling complex civil litigation/construction law matters with leading attorneys. Position Highlights California licensed with 3+ years of experience in construction law (preferred, but not required). Strong academic background and ambition to create an extraordinary career. Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Pay range: $130,000–$175,000 per year (depends on experience). Team player.
