General Position Summary

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for performing high volume data entry that includes tallying and proofing merchandise order forms.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders into system.
• Enter and coordinate store transfers.
• Perform high volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Follow up and resolve any missing information as needed.
• Fill in, as needed, for other departments (i.e. receptionist).

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree in a business related field preferred.
• 12 years of high volume data entry experience in an office environment.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills required.

Work Environment

• Onsite office work environment.
• Standard business hours from 8 a.m. 5 p.m., flexibility may be provided upon request.
