Staffing Recruiter

Express Employment Professionals-Fremont, CA is hiring a Staffing Recruiter for a fully onsite, production-driven staffing environment in Fremont, CA. This role supports high-volume hiring for warehouse, industrial, and office needs, with an emphasis on fast turnaround and consistent candidate sourcing through direct outreach and ATS workflows. The position is based in-person in Fremont, CA 94538 and is centered on managing multiple open job orders while keeping up with a demanding call schedule and placement targets. Role Overview Manage 8–10+ open job orders in a fast-paced environment Place candidates efficiently by submitting 5–10 candidates weekly and filling roles within 24–72 hours Make 40–60 outbound calls per week to source and qualify candidates Build and maintain candidate pipelines for warehouse, industrial, and office roles Conduct interviews, coordinate placements, and manage ongoing follow-ups Sourcing and Event Support Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, social media , and ATS tools (Bullhorn/Avionté preferred) Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events Track recruiting and pipeline metrics such as time-to-fill, activity, and pipeline Required Experience and Qualifications 4+ years of staffing agency or high-volume recruiting experience (Required) Experience recruiting in industries including manufacturing , logistics & warehousing , distribution/fulfillment , 3PL , construction/skilled trades , or food production/packaging , Semi-Conductor Comfort working with high call volume and fast turnaround hiring Proven ability to manage multiple roles and meet placement targets Strong communication and sourcing skills Associate’s degree required Additional Requirements Experience with job fairs, trade schools, or workforce programs Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems Education requirement: Associate’s degree Technologies Indeed LinkedIn Bullhorn Avionté Compensation and Benefits $32–$35 per hour + Commission Holiday Pay Paid Sick Leave Access to voluntary supplemental health benefits Retirement savings programs Employment Details Job type: Full-time Work location: In person Ability to commute: Fremont, CA 94538 (Required) Location: Fremont, CA 94538 (Preferred) Application Questions Do you have direct experience recruiting for industrial and manufacturing roles (including light industrial, Skilled trade and office services, across both technical and non-technical positions, and high-volume hiring)?
