Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, focusing on improving their mental health, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.

• Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, helping them define and pursue personal goals that align with their mental health journey.

• Utilize an all-in-one counselor dashboard, which serves as your virtual office, allowing for real-time communication with clients through messaging and video sessions.

• Receive consistent case referrals based on your preferences and specialties, ensuring your availability is efficiently maximized.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a carefully screened clientele, comprised of stable adults who present with low acuity mental health concerns. Our focus is on empowerment and self-improvement rather than crisis management. Clients are matched with counselors whose specialties align with their needs, giving you the opportunity to work in areas you are passionate about.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must possess an active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing, allowing you to practice independently.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a nurturing demeanor are essential for creating trusting relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with telehealth platforms to conduct sessions and manage client communication effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, dependent on the number of hours worked. Additionally, you will benefit from:
