Technical Customer Service Representative

With a long-standing reputation for precision and innovation, they support some of the world’s most advanced applications where performance and reliability matter most.
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts, manage inquiries, process orders, and coordinate deliveries in a technical or manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, account management, and ERP/CRM system experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, including technical and commercial requests
- Prepare quotations, pricing, and RFQ responses
- Maintain customer pricing and account information
- Process sales orders, order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documentation
- Coordinate lead times, delivery schedules, and customer updates
- Utilize ERP and CRM systems for accurate order tracking and account management
- Support military and technical customer accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend domestic industry events as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of customer service, account management, or sales support experience
- Technical degree or related background preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar
- Experience with ERP systems such as Sage, SAP, or similar platforms preferred
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting customers in military, defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or technical industries
- Comfortable working with technical products and cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel domestically on occasion (approximately 5%)
