Bookkeeper

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time remote Bookkeeper will manage financial records for both the company and clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance while preparing financial reports and maintaining organized documentation. Key responsibilities Record daily financial transactions and verify accuracy in ledgers Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets Reconcile bank statements and assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting Required qualifications Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a relevant financial role Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Google Suite Expertise in creating QBO rules for managing repetitive entries Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles Ability to manage multiple companies and books effectively
