Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health challenges, using evidence-based frameworks to develop effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Peaceful Circle Psychotherapy Center, you will primarily work with adult clients, as well as children and adolescents, addressing a breadth of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. You will have the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve, employing a range of therapeutic modalities that align with clients' unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating competency in individual and family therapy.

• Strong experience working with diverse patient populations, including adults, children, and adolescents, with an understanding of cultural sensitivities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, additional experience or training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy, is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n
