Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate counseling services to a diverse patient population, focusing on individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Manage case-related paperwork and record-keeping using our cloud-based EHR system to ensure compliance with insurance companies, including Medicaid and Medicare.

• Engage in regular assessment of client needs, progress, and safety, maintaining a high standard of care and confidentiality throughout the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role directly supports clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least 3 years of documented experience in mental health counseling is essential.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth, including a reliable internet connection and a computer with video conferencing capability.

• Strong ability to work independently while managing your own schedule and client appointments.

• A complete background check will be required prior to employment.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth services and familiarity with electronic health record systems will be advantageous. Candidates who are able to demonstrate effective time management skills and the capacity to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, will be viewed favorably.

• The compensation for this position ranges between USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
