Dispatcher & Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary ALL Crane Rental of Florida, located in Tampa, is seeking a self‑motivated professional to provide leadership and supervision in the role of Dispatcher & Logistics Coordinator. This position will be responsible for daily dispatching of crane fleet and/or support equipment, prioritizing tasks, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring compliance with all government regulations. This is an exempt, full‑time position in a casual office environment. Comprehensive benefit package. Location Tampa, FL - 33610 Essential Functions Keep records, logs, and schedules of calls made and/or received, the equipment and staff monitored and controlled, and the actions taken. Maintain information on each call and prepare a detailed report on all activities occurring during the shift. Ensure on‑time delivery of cranes and equipment to job sites. Secure permits. Ensure company drivers maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety regulations. Assist in other activities and duties as assigned by the Branch Manager. Skills And Experience Requirements Experience in trucking and dispatch functions is preferred. Experience with aerial lifts, cranes, or other heavy construction equipment is preferred. Knowledge of the permitting process for oversized loads and required documentation is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise computer applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines. Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to use phone, computer, and other office equipment. Benefits Competitive salary.
