- Role Mission: Lead sales activities for SAOP Dining customers, overseeing both key customer relationships and a team of National Account Managers. Develop strong customer partnerships, execute premium brand activation, and deliver disciplined commercial performance.
- This role directs cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Finance, Distributor, and Agency partners to accelerate growth, strengthen customer relevance, and build a high-performing organization that advances Suntory's on-premise ambitions.

Role Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership: Ability to set channel strategy, translate priorities into action, and drive sustainable growth.
- People leadership: Ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams while driving accountability.
- Customer and distributor management: Proven ability to build trusted partnerships, navigate complex buyer structures, and influence outcomes while managing multiple priorities.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally, internally and externally to deliver results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in field sales, or strategic account management, beverage alcohol experience preferred.
- Communication and presentation skills: Confident communicator with experience leading customer presentations, business reviews, and internal alignment discussions.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, experience leveraging AI platforms preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 30% as business needs require.
Salary Range - The salary range for this role is $140,000.00 to $180,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset. While relocation, immigration, and/or tax compliance support are not guaranteed, we may offer assistance to successful candidates depending on factors such as role requirements in accordance with company guidelines.
