Diversified Industries Payments Sales Manager - Vice President

Join our Payments Sales team. As a key leader on the team, you will drive the end-to-end client experience.As a Payments Sales Manager within the Payments Sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and expanding client relationships across a portfolio of Diversified Industries corporate clients. You will be expected to sell solutions that deliver value to the firm and build a strong pipeline. To achieve sales goals, you will execute a comprehensive selling strategy in conjunction with product and banking/coverage teams. You will collaborate with client service, implementation, operations, technology, risk, credit, and legal partners to optimize delivery. You will also develop a thorough understanding of the client’s business, organizational and operating structure, buying process, and objectives to position solutions effectively.Job ResponsibilitiesDeepen and grow existing client relationshipsDevelop new profitable business from prospective clientsEngage clients and internal partners at senior levels to deliver integrated payments solutions in a consultative, client-driven mannerPartner with internal product stakeholders by representing the client perspective in the development and evolution of products and solutionsUnderstand clients’ business goals, environments, strategies, and trends to determine requirements and identify new opportunities through appropriate payments solutionsAssess competitive capabilities and position the firm’s payments solutions effectivelyManage client outreach and meeting cadence, including discussions on solutions and new capabilitiesManage proposal writing and the end-to-end sales process, including competitive requests for information and proposalsDevelop and enhance client knowledge and share insights with coverage partners to support business development and client risk managementPartner with coverage and cross-functional teams to expand existing business, provide feedback to product managers, and generate cross-sell opportunitiesCollaborate with service and implementation partners to retain, grow, and enhance existing client relationshipsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience in cash management, sales, and relationship managementKnowledge and understanding of payments productsAbility to assess opportunities and engage key decision makersStrong account planning skills with demonstrated executionStrong creative solutioning and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation skillsProven ability to build and develop relationshipsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsUnderstanding of compliance and Know Your Customer (KYC) processesEffective collaboration, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
