Business Development Manager - Remote
We are on the lookout for a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to join a global financial services provider. In this role, you’ll drive growth, build partnerships, and help expand our reach playing a vital part in shaping the future of our company.
What you will do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partner networks, market research, and outreach.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that deliver real value.
- Present services/products professionally: craft and deliver compelling proposals and presentations, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot new growth areas and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to management.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent command of English (C1) strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in financial services or a related regulated environment.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation ability, and a results driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively comfortable operating in a global, multicultural team
- Proactive mindset, resilience and a readiness to meet and exceed business goals.
