This role offers complete flexibility as it is a remote position. You will have the freedom to create your own schedule within the framework of client availability and your personal commitments. Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via video conferencing, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for all clients.

• Employing solution-focused treatment modalities and best practices to facilitate effective treatment plans that are individualized for diverse client needs.

• Creating personalized treatment plans that target specific mental health challenges, fostering insights into clients' experiences and emotions.

• Monitoring clients' progress throughout their treatment journey and adjusting plans as necessary to enhance coping mechanisms and resilience.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals within the organization to ensure a cohesive therapeutic approach and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health concerns. Our clients may experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. As a therapist in this role, your objective is to empower these individuals by equipping them with coping strategies and skills essential for improving their quality of life and achieving their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current full licensure in your state allowing independent practice, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses will be considered, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions on their record.
\n
• Demonstrable exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic approach to therapy.
\n
• Robust computer literacy, capable of navigating telehealth platforms and electronic record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those who have experience working with telehealth platforms, as well as those who have specialized training in evidence-based treatment modalities. Experience in a clinical environment dealing with diverse populations will be beneficial in understanding varied client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, based on your experience and working hours. Additional benefits include:
