Locations: Philadelphia | New York | Washington, D.C. | Chicago | Pittsburgh | Silicon Valley | San Francisco This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong employee benefits and executive compensation experience to work on complex transactional and advisory matters within a nationally recognized practice platform. Responsibilities Advise clients on employee benefits and executive compensation matters arising in: Mergers & Acquisitions Corporate transactions Strategic business deals Design, draft, and advise on: Qualified pension plans Defined contribution plans Health & welfare plans Executive employment agreements Nonqualified deferred compensation plans Equity compensation arrangements Support clients with ongoing employee benefits and executive compensation compliance and operational matters Collaborate closely with corporate, tax, and executive compensation teams on sophisticated transactions Qualifications 3–5 years of law firm experience in employee benefits and executive compensation Strong experience advising on benefits and compensation issues in M&A transactions Experience with non-M&A employee benefits matters preferred Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills Active bar membership required Compensation Expected salary range in New York, California, and Washington, D.C.: $225,000 – $435,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
