Run qualified, company-provided in-home sales appointments with homeowners in Foxboro and surrounding communities — no cold calling.

We provide the leads, mobile showroom, training, and project support. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of those opportunities, take great care of our customers, and help us continue growing.

Most appointments are within approximately 25 minutes, allowing you to spend more time selling and less time driving.

What This Role Looks Like

• Run approximately 6–12 company-provided appointments per week
  
  
• Meet homeowners, understand their needs, measure spaces, and guide product selection

• Build and present proposals

• Follow up consistently and close sales

• Manage your own pipeline and opportunities

• Work closely with our office and project management team, who handle the installation process

• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals

Typical project size: $7,000–$14,000+

Our goal is for strong sales consultants to close approximately 50% of their appointments using qualified company-provided opportunities and our proven in-home sales process.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly self-driven and motivated by results

• Trustworthy and professional in customers' homes

• A strong communicator who builds trust quickly

• Consistent and disciplined with follow-up

• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities

• Competitive and comfortable asking for the sale

• Accountable and willing to take ownership of their results

• Comfortable working independently

• Interested in improving and helping grow the business

2+ years of sales experience preferred. In-home, outside, home improvement, or consultative sales experience is a plus.

Flooring experience is helpful, but not required.

We can teach flooring. Drive, integrity, follow-through, and the ability to earn a customer's trust are much harder to teach.

This probably isn't the right position if you:

• Are looking for hourly or showroom-based work

• Need constant supervision or direction

• Don't consistently follow up with prospects

• Are uncomfortable with performance-based compensation

• Aren't available for occasional evening or weekend appointments

Compensation

Expected earnings: $80,000–$120,000+

Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission. Strong performers have significant upside based on sales performance.

We bring the flooring showroom directly to our customers and guide them through the entire process, from product selection and estimating through installation.
