Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients suffering from symptoms of mental illness and emotional distress.

• Develop integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring linkage to necessary services and resources.

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to identify clients' needs accurately.

• Monitor and manage a diverse caseload, maintaining detailed records of client interactions and treatment progress.

• Participate as a collaborative team member, contributing to group meetings with insights and strategies to improve client outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention support when necessary, effectively de-escalating situations and providing immediate assistance to clients in distress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of social work and mental health.

• Be available for on-call coverage to support clients during critical times or emergencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
