Your Responsibilities Administer the organization’s project and collaboration platforms. Configure and maintain workflows, custom fields, screens, permissions, and automation rules. Provide administration and support for service management processes. Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical platform solutions. Troubleshoot platform-related issues and provide effective solutions. Our Requirements 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in Jira administration. Good understanding of Jira Cloud administration, confirmed by the relevant certification. Experience configuring workflows, custom fields, screens, permissions, and automation. Experience with Confluence administration. Experience with Jira Service Management. Understanding of REST APIs and integrations. Knowledge of Atlassian Marketplace applications, including ScriptRunner and Tempo Timesheet. Ability to analyze business requirements and propose practical solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience providing end-user support within a corporate environment.
