Corporate Paralegal

Office Location:  Albany, New York

Work Schedule:  This role has hybrid flexibility, allowing 2 remote days per week based on business needs.

Compensation Range:  $55,000 - $75,000

We are currently seeking a Paralegal to work in our Corporate Practice Group.

The Role:

• Preparation of documents relating to formation, maintenance, and dissolution of business entities
• Oversight of business filing accounts and services
• Preparation and filing applications for Federal Employer Identification (EIN) numbers
• Assist with data room setup
• Review and analysis of lien search and title reports
• Preparation of closing checklists and binders 
• Performance of administrative tasks as needed

Skills Needed for Success:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Superior writing/editing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel

Required:

• College Degree and/or paralegal certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
• While experience in corporate matters is strongly preferred, we will train a strong candidate lacking that specific experience
