Summary We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist specializing in pediatrics to join our team in Gilbert. This vital role involves working closely with children to improve their communication skills, supporting their developmental progress, and contributing to our mission of personalized care. The position is based in Gilbert, Arizona. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for pediatric patients. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. Educate families about speech development and strategies to support ongoing progress. Maintain detailed documentation of patient sessions and progress reports. Stay updated with the latest techniques and best practices in pediatric speech therapy. Promote a positive, supportive environment that encourages children's growth and confidence. Qualifications Valid AZ state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Proven experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in clinical settings. Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and developmental milestones. Excellent communication skills with children and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving children's lives.
