Administrative Assistant I Pay Rate: $21.00 Primary purpose Under general supervision, provide a variety of administrative and clerical support for the Morenci Housing Department. Essential Functions Serve as receptionist; greet and direct visitors, answer, screen, and direct telephone calls. Gather essential information and provide general assistance to callers/visitors. Collect and maintain departmental records for distribution and/or records storage. Support with inputting work orders for the maintenance department. Support the Housing team in completing daily tasks. Perform other duties as requested. Requirements Experience with the public and demonstration of customer Service skills, basic Computer skills, Email, and Microsoft Word. #J-18808-Ljbffr Geotemps, Inc.
