Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations to diagnose and evaluate mental and emotional disorders, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques to address psychological disorders, adapting your approach based on client feedback and progress.

• Provide clinical consultations to fellow mental health professionals regarding test results and treatment approaches.

• Participate in periodic therapeutic retreats and activities, enhancing your practice through experiential learning opportunities.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with regulatory standards and facilitate efficient billing and insurance claims.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will encompass a wide-ranging client population, predominantly focusing on adults, as well as children and adolescents in various therapeutic settings. You will employ your expertise to navigate the complexities of family dynamics, relationship challenges, and individual mental health issues, thereby contributing significantly to each client’s journey toward better mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Demonstrated capacity to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds and demographics.

• Exceptional listening skills combined with an empathetic, calm demeanor during challenging situations.

• A thorough understanding of human behavior, including behavioral and affective disorders, along with the applicable treatment methodologies.

• Strong organizational skills to manage clinical paperwork, including documentation required for billing and insurance purposes.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Experience with bariatric psychological evaluations is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.

• Previous participation in therapeutic retreats or experiential workshops is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
