Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing positive and supportive relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, address concerns, and schedule follow-up appointments or discharges as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update person-centered treatment plans that reflect the needs and preferences of clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to better understand the needs of new clients and determine appropriate treatment pathways.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions, tailored to the unique circumstances and challenges confronted by each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• A current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating hands-on involvement in therapeutic work.

• Proficiency in computer usage, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software for clinical documentation and client management.
