What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Process applications, forms, service requests, and work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Assist residents with maintenance requests and follow-up communications.
• Support office operations with administrative and clerical duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and organizational information.
• Build positive relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or customer support experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Professional, positive, and calm under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Team player with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the public in a housing, property management, government, nonprofit, or community services environment.
• Experience processing work orders, service requests, or applications.
• Administrative support experience.

Requirements

• Valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including any day of the week as business needs require.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening, which may include a physical examination.
