Work Environment\n

This role is centered around remote work, offering a flexible work setting that helps maintain a balance between personal and professional life. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM, allowing for shifts of either 4x10 or 5x8 hours to accommodate individual schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct comprehensive client interviews to gather relevant social, personal, environmental, and health-related information for appropriate assessments.

• Evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health to identify treatment needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
\n
• Design and coordinate programs and activities that meet clients' social and emotional needs, fostering their overall well-being.
\n
• Facilitate the management of cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, implementing short-term interventions and referrals as necessary.
\n
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a safe environment conducive to healing.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust as required based on client feedback and progress.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with established protocols, ensuring all records are current and accurately reflect the services provided.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring timely updates to documentation and client care plans.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development and may be assigned additional duties as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily collaborate with individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, grief, and relationship issues. Working alongside clients in hospice care, your contributions will be vital in providing emotional support during sensitive and tumultuous periods. Your empathetic approach will help clients navigate complex emotional currents, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• You must possess current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience working within the mental health field or in a closely related area is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in counseling individuals dealing with diverse behavioral health issues, including mood disorders, substance abuse, and grief counseling.

• Experience working with diverse populations within remote or hospice care settings is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
