We are seeking a high-energy, speed-obsessed Inside Sales / Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to manage inbound and outbound communications. In this role, you will drive our sales pipeline. We provide fresh, high-ticket leads daily . Your primary mission is simple: attack these leads with urgency, overcome objections, and convert digital inquiries and phone calls into confirmed showroom appointments.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Speed-to-Lead: Respond to new internet and text leads within roughly five minutes of receipt.
• Lead Conversion: Meet or exceed target contact-to-appointment rates.
• Showroom Arrival: Drive strong appointment show rates.
• CRM Discipline: Log 100% of customer communications and next-step tasks in real time.

Core Responsibilities

• Rapid Lead Response: Manage all inbound and outbound customer communications across phone, email, text, and text-based platforms.
• Appointment Setting: Qualify buyer needs and seamlessly transition digital hand-raisers into confirmed showroom appointments.
• Persistent Follow-Up: Execute structured, high-volume multi-channel follow-up sequences for cold, warm, and no-show leads.
• Objection Handling: Confidently navigate customer pushback on pricing, availability, and options to keep the conversation moving.
• Database Management: Maintain data integrity by updating customer files and tracking sales activity in our CRM in real time.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven Sales Drive: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in high-volume phone sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or dealership BDC environments.
• The "Speed-to-Lead" Mindset: A strong obsession with prompt outreach, treating every minute of delay as a lost opportunity.
• Natural Communicator: Ability to deliver clear, professional, and highly persuasive phone communication without sounding robotic or overly scripted.
• Tech-Savvy: Fluency with CRM systems, digital scheduling tools, and modern communication software.
• Resilience & Grit: High motivation, reliability, and a natural instinct to stay in the conversation rather than deflecting objections.
