Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' specific needs and strengths, establishing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Support clients in developing coping strategies and improving communication skills through structured individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to cultivate community and address shared challenges among patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilize patients during mental health emergencies, ensuring thoughtful and effective response to their immediate needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and support for patients.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and staying informed about the latest research in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
