Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at our center, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, providing high-quality therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' unique situations.
\n
• Assess the mental health needs of clients through thorough evaluations, recognizing signs of dysfunction and areas for improvement.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focusing on issues such as communication problems, family conflicts, grief and loss, and adjustment to life transitions.
\n
• Facilitate workshops and support groups addressing common challenges, including coping strategies for job stress and blended family dynamics.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies to ensure continuity of care.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including but not limited to:

• Couples facing relationship difficulties and communication issues.
\n
• Families navigating conflicts, separations, or integration of blended families.
\n
• Individuals dealing with the effects of substance abuse, grief, and psychological trauma.
\n
• Clients of various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults, all requiring sensitive and empathetic care.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to build trustworthy therapeutic relationships, exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Empathy, patience, and a nonjudgmental approach to client care.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage caseload effectively and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience would be advantageous:

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally competent care practices.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy.

• Experience with teletherapy and remote patient engagement strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide our therapists with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
