Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Brookdale Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for couples, families, and individuals, employing evidence-based treatment methodologies tailored to their unique challenges.

• Assist families dealing with issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological or physical abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitate interventions and support for blended families navigating remarriage dynamics, as well as clients undergoing separation or divorce.
\n
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans while monitoring progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure each client receives optimal care.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and improve treatment approaches, contributing to an ongoing conversation about client welfare and organizational excellence.

• Utilize telemedicine technology to connect with clients remotely, maximizing accessibility and ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on couples and families in need of support through various life challenges. Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome newly licensed therapists, we also encourage experienced candidates who can bring depth and diversity to our team. A minimum of 30 hours of client-facing work per week is preferred, along with a demonstrated understanding of family systems and therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
