Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments to identify patient needs, followed by accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment planning.

• Utilize the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) of Mental Disorders to inform the development of treatment goals and implement evidence-based clinical interventions.

• Apply professional counseling practices that emphasize cognitive, behavioral, and systemic interventions to address a variety of high-risk behaviors and promote wellness across the lifespan.

• Employ individual, group, and family counseling techniques that recognize the diverse backgrounds of our patients, ensuring culturally sensitive and effective care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams focused on enhancing the intrapersonal, interpersonal, and relational functioning of patients, leveraging diverse counseling methodologies to improve their quality of life.

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, utilizing computer software applications for efficient management and delivery of services, including Telehealth solutions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
