As our Talent Acquisition Manager for the US, you won't just fill seats - you'll be the architect of how we grow, who we bring in, and what kind of company we become. Based in New York, you'll own full-cycle recruitment across our US markets - from Sales and Operations to Tech and beyond. You'll work hand in hand with hiring managers, the People team, and our leadership to build the talent pipeline that fuels sunday's next chapter of growth. This is a high‑autonomy, high‑impact role for someone who loves both the art of finding exceptional people and the science of making recruiting run like clockwork. You will report directly to our Talent Director and collaborate with international colleagues across France and the UK. Bring a proven track record of scaling recruiting in fast‑moving startup environments - and you're ready to do it again. Key Responsibilities Own full‑cycle recruitment across the US – from intake call to signed offer – for all functions (Sales, Ops, Tech, and beyond). Source proactively: pursue talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, universities, and unconventional channels. Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor: help define role requirements, share market insights, coach interviewers, and accelerate alignment. Optimize recruiting operations: design and iterate on efficient, data‑driven processes; track key metrics and use them to continuously raise the bar. Champion the candidate experience: ensure every candidate – hired or not – leaves with a positive, lasting impression of sunday. Build our employer brand in the US: represent sunday at career fairs, industry events, and through social media and employer branding initiatives. Scale the recruiting function: document processes, coach interviewers, and lay the groundwork for a recruiting team that grows with the business. About You (Must‑haves) 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in fast‑growing startups or scale‑ups. Proven track record of building and owning recruiting processes from scratch: pipelines, tools, reporting, and trust of hiring managers. Entrepreneurial mindset: move without being asked, make decisions with incomplete information, thrive with autonomy. Strong sourcing skills that reach passive talent and build relationships early. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Based in or willing to relocate to New York, with the right to work in the US (we do not sponsor visas). Nice‑to‑haves Experience recruiting across multiple US markets (New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles) and/or internationally (France, UK). Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms (Screenloop, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and recruitment analytics dashboards. Background in hospitality tech, fintech, or SaaS startups.
