Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with students experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, performing assessments and interventions both individually and in group settings.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that ensure access to essential services, maintaining active communication with students, families, and healthcare providers.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, and where necessary, coordinate referrals to specialists for comprehensive evaluations.

• Provide therapy services, focusing on evidence-based modalities such as CBT and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that treatment is aligned with students' specific needs and goals.

• Assist with crisis intervention as needed, employing de-escalation techniques and safety protocols to ensure a nurturing environment for the students.

• Maintain thorough documentation and timely submission of reports concerning client treatment progress and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
