Job Description

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal functional milestones
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapeutic Interventions: Implement tailored interventions that enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing professionals to provide holistic, all-encompassing care
• Educate and Support Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers in therapy techniques to foster ongoing progress and recovery at home
• Track and Document Patient Improvements: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to keep patients on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications highly encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
