About Us:
We are a modern enterprise in Dongguan committed to fostering comprehensive employee development. Due to the company's upcoming business expansion in the United States, we are currently hiring a Business Assistant. Key Responsibilities
1.Provide business decision support: collect industry & competitor data, prepare analysis reports and meeting minutes.
2.Coordinate core projects: track project progress, align resources, communicate cross-functionally, and report updates to the CEO.
3.Assist in business negotiations, client visits, and partnership maintenance.
4.Draft, review and file business documents including contracts, agreements and correspondence.
5.Arrange business travel, meetings and receptions for the General Manager; handle urgent business matters. Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above; Business Admin, Marketing or related preferred.
2.2+ years of experience as Executive Secretary, Business Assistant or Project Coordinator.
3. Strong business sense, data analysis and report writing skills.
4.Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
6.Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
7. Professional manner and good business etiquette for client-facing occasions. We Offer:
