In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To apply for this position, candidates should have:

• A current and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings or those who have worked with trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n
