Sourcing and/or full-lifecycle recruiting experience in specialized tech domains
Previous experience recruiting for competitor companies or highly technical fields, specifically hiring SDEs, HDEs, or Scientists
Demonstrated data tracking and reporting capabilities, ability to provide project management support. Team is focused on bringing in early-career talent - think internships, co-ops, new graduate roles, and university pipeline programs. They partner with universities, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure client is competitive in attracting top emerging talent Task Breakdown:
Provides sourcing and recruiting support for client's most highly specialized campus-level roles spanning Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, Silicon/Chip Design, and Quantum Computing. Delivers campus programmatic support including campus event execution, data reconciliation, and competitive intelligence. Job Description:
1-2+ years of experience
Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
