Our client, a dynamic organization in the food distribution industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Office support team supporting daily administrative and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Pittsburg, KS

Pay Range: $14

Shift: MTW- 8-4 Th 8-5 Fr 8-3

What's the Job?

• Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
• Process orders, invoices, delivery receipts, and purchase orders
• Enter data into inventory and accounting systems
• Prepare reports and assist with scheduling deliveries and pickups

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous administrative, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
