Senior Sales Representative - West Coast

The Opportunity:

The Senior Sales Representative, Western Zone is a full-time, on-site position based in California, responsible for driving sales growth across the region through new business development, account expansion, and promotion of Vitracoat’s powder coating solutions. Key responsibilities include customer visits, product presentations, technical guidance, proposal and pricing preparation, sales tracking, CRM management, and coordination with internal teams to support customer needs. The Senior Sales Representative is expected to build strong customer relationships, identify market opportunities, achieve sales objectives, and contribute to regional growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and territory development, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing customers.
\n
• Experience in consultative selling, customer relationship building, and negotiating contracts and pricing.
\n
• Knowledge of coatings, chemicals, or related industrial products; familiarity with powder coatings or surface finishing is strongly preferred.
\n
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
\n
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
\n
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office) to manage pipelines, quotes, and customer data.
\n
• Proven ability to work independently in the field, prioritize activities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
\n
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the Western Zone.
\n
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
\n
• Prior experience in a senior or lead sales role is an advantage.
\n

This is remote position with an expectation of frequent travel.
