Machine Operator

Job Description Location: Thomaston, Connecticut Responsibilities Load and mount products designated for assembly onto the production line. Pack and label boxes accurately according to production requirements. Guide and feed materials into machinery to support production operations. Monitor machinery to ensure proper operation throughout the production process. Verify that sensors are functioning correctly and report any issues. Ensure machines are operating at the appropriate speed and efficiency levels. Perform visual, mechanical, and quality inspections on products and materials. Observe and report machine abnormalities to the Shift Lead, mechanic, or supervisor. Maintain effective communication with team members and production staff. Perform all duties in accordance with established safety and efficiency procedures. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation. Assist other cross-functional teams as needed to support business operations. Desired Background/Skills Looking for candidates who have worked within the Manufacturing environment performing Machine Operations. Other Information All shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift openings. Hours vary based on shift assignment. Must be available and willing to work weekends.
