Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive
Location: In-office (Palo Alto, CA)
Reports to: Head of Sales What You Will Own

Location: In-office (Palo Alto, CA)
Reports to: Head of Sales What You Will Own
- Identify, prospect, and close enterprise-level deals within the Dental Support Organization (DSO) sector.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for each client.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas by closing high-value enterprise contracts.
- Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the product team to help refine and develop features based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts in CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology sales.
- Proven success in exceeding quotas and closing large, complex deals.
- Strong negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with C-level executives.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in the dental services or healthcare technology sector.
- Familiarity with AI solutions and SaaS platforms.
- High emotional intelligence and strong rapport-building abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to a growing organization.
