Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. As a licensed mental health counselor, your focus will be on tailoring interventions that resonate with clients' cultural backgrounds and personal experiences, creating an inclusive therapeutic space where clients feel understood and empowered.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• A successful score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems, ideally with experience in platforms such as AVATAR.

• Understanding of the intersection of mental health with physical health conditions and addiction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
