Sr. Director of Employee Experience Delivery

Job Summary This role will be responsible for leading five journey teams and a small team of HR Liaisons. It will create a culture of collaboration between journeys and HR Liaisons and among other areas of HR to effectively deliver engaging and inclusive employee journeys. The role includes delivery of a high‑quality, tailored experience across journeys for business leaders and the responsibility to lead, inspire, coach, and develop the Journey Owners and HR Liaisons as well as the broader teams. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Oversee and manage journey teams and HR Liaisons. Establish a culture of collaboration and inclusive employee journeys across HR functions. Lead, inspire, coach, and develop Journey Owners and HR Liaisons. Oversee the annual budget and allocate resources for various projects and operational needs. Translate needs and initiatives into compelling business cases and conduct cost‑benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience. 5 years of management experience. Experience delivering people programs and/or supporting employee services. Experience redesigning processes and driving continuous improvement. Data‑driven strategic decision making. Leadership and organizational skills. Executive‑level communication and influence skills. Comfort with change, nimble ways of working. Collective ownership mindset. Continuous improvement mindset. Service orientation and customer obsession. Desire to understand key stakeholder needs and proactively deliver. Innovation acumen and ability to drive repeatable processes while using technology to improve. Preferred Job Requirements Six sigma certification. Compensation Base Pay Range: $146,700.00 – $272,400.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
