Chemical/Handler/Metal worker/ Tube Bend

Duration: 6 Months (Temp to hire)   

Shift: 1st (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and 2nd shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM)

1. Chemical Handler

• Chemical cleaning, etching, degreasing, and passivation
• Heat treatment, testing, lubrication, and epoxy operations
• Assembly, inspection, and rework
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions

2. Metal Worker

• Mechanical assembly, testing, inspection, and rework
• Use hand/power tools and measuring equipment
• Work with tubing, inserts, rivets, and epoxy
• Read blueprints and verify product quality

3. Tube Bend

• Cut, form, flare, deburr, and bend tubing
• Assemble and inspect tubing components
• Use precision measuring tools and test equipment
• Perform pressure/leak testing

Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED, 1+ year related experience preferred, strong mechanical aptitude. Automotive mechanic experience is a great fit!
