As an Airport Security Officer: Full Time, Computer Assisted Patrol in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy airport location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to travelers, visitors, and staff. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture with teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $24.25 per hour

Requirements:

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and other stakeholders by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport facilities, terminals, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas, with working environments and conditions varying by assignment.
• Monitor for and report suspicious activity, unauthorized access, hazards, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and coordinating with airport operations and public agencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
