Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental health concerns, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their needs to inform treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate intimately with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress to enhance motivation and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Provide teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions, incorporating technology to ensure accessibility and comfort.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical assessments to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and conferences to remain current with emerging trends and practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent professional license.

• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; however, advanced degrees such as a master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Counseling will be highly regarded.

• Proven ability to establish trusting therapeutic relationships through exceptional communication skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.

• The ability to demonstrate a non-judgmental approach in understanding clients' experiences while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively while balancing administrative responsibilities.
