Administrative Assistant

$18 - $21 per hour

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Fresno office. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and provides administrative, clerical, and reporting support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner. Serve as the front-office point of contact and maintain a welcoming office environment. Create, maintain, and update reports, spreadsheets, and other documents using Microsoft Excel and Office applications. Perform accurate data entry and administrative record management. Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic records. Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail. Provide clerical and administrative support to office staff and leadership. Assist with light Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including processing invoices and maintaining financial records. Support various office projects and administrative tasks as needed. Required Qualifications Proven experience in administrative support, office administration, or a related role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent computer and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Accounts Payable or similar financial administrative functions. Experience maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and office records. Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing administrative experience. Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Fresno, CA. Fully onsite. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
