Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients through secure telehealth platforms, making mental health services accessible to individuals who may face barriers to in-person visits.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring therapeutic interventions based on clients' unique needs, goals, and situations.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as necessary, including assessing risk and providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to integrate care and provide comprehensive support for clients.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in therapy modalities to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, experiencing various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be to facilitate personal growth and resolution of relational issues, helping clients to attain healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology for conducting therapy sessions.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and create a trusting relational dynamic with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n
